DarkRP Server Rules

General Rules:

1.) Do not expect an admin to take any action for any situation without substantial proof!
2.) Do not disrespect/harass/threaten/flame any players.
3.) Do not spam chat, microphone, or radio commands! If more than one person asks you to stop playing music or anything then stop.
4.) English only in OOC.
5.) Do not apply other server rules to this server!
6.) Do not advertise other gaming websites/servers.
7.) Do not tell an admin how to do their job.
8.) Do not impersonate an admin or any player.
9.) Do not hack/exploit.
10.) Do not spray disgusting/nasty sprays or anything similar deemed as inappropriate by an admin.
11.) Do not evade punishment.
14.) Do not mislead players with incorrect rules.
15.) Do not request an admins assistance in unnecessary situations; only rule breaking.
16.) Do not encourage/antagonize rule breaking.

General DarkRP Rules:

1.) You CANNOT spam paint.
2.) You CANNOT spam job votes.
3.) You CANNOT abuse your job. Do what your job was intended for. Using a job for it's resources and then changing is job abuse.
4.) You CANNOT put signs on other peoples property unless you are on the door as an owner.
5.) You CANNOT shoot at someone without a valid reason such as hate crimes, racism, etc.
6.) You CANNOT use cameras inside anyone's base without the owners permission OR in public.
7.) You CANNOT make a sign that is a message to/against another player or group. Use signs for your own job/property.
8.) You CANNOT block other peoples sign with your own sign.
9.) You CANNOT go back to the place you died for 3 minutes because you forgot everything, this is known as the New Life Rule (NLR).

Base Related Rules:

1.) You MUST have at least 1 keypad/button each way next to a fading door that acts as an entrance. (Excluding the ones for printer holders and such.)
2.) You MUST make your fading door so it opens for at least 5 seconds when you use the keypad/button.
3.) You CANNOT control fading doors with the buttons on your keyboard in social situations.
4.) You CANNOT have more than 4 fading doors in 1 base. (Excluding the ones for printer holders and such.)
5.) You CANNOT have a KOS area outside of your base.
6.) You CANNOT own a public area more than 5 meter outside your building.
7.) You CANNOT own more than 2 buildings.
8.) You CAN propblock when you are building.
9.) You MUST have a building sign when you are building.
10.) You CANNOT have a building sign for more than 30 minutes straight. (So remove your propblocks and building signs after that time.)

Prop Related Rules:

1.) You CANNOT spawn/bring props in other peoples homes/property.
2.) You CANNOT spam props.
3.) You CANNOT prop block anything/anywhere. (There needs to be at least 1 entrance to an area.)
4.) You CANNOT prop kill in anyway.
5.) You CANNOT prop push.
6.) You CANNOT prop climb/surf. (Excluding ramps/stairs)
7.) You CANNOT build in public unless you are a hobo.
8.) You CANNOT build in areas that obstruct the public.
9.) You CANNOT mess with players creations/props.
10.) You CANNOT have floating props/bases.
11.) You CANNOT have invisible props.
12.) You CANNOT build inappropriate structures with props.

Assault, Shooting, and Killing Related Rules:

1.) You CANNOT RDM (Random Death Match). You CANNOT kill people for stupid reasons or to stop other rule breakers. (You can kill zombies for no reason.)
2.) You CANNOT CMD (Car Death Match). You CANNOT run over people for no reason, if someone walks on the streets, drive around him.
3.) You CANNOT stunstick people randomly if your job is equipped with a stunstick by default.
4.) You CANNOT raid UNLESS you are a Gangster, Mafia, Thief or Robot (when your boss is raiding) AND everyone uses /advert to announce your raid AND wait at least 3 seconds before killing anyone after typing /advert.
5.) You CANNOT place a hit on someone without a good/valid reason. (Keep NLR in mind, don't take revenge if someone kills you.)
6.) You CANNOT kill someone who steals something from you in a non violent way, you MUST warn him to give it back or refund you and if he doesn't give it back or refund or if he runs away you may kill him.
7.) You CANNOT kill someone who is mugging/raiding if he isn't violent.
8.) You CANNOT kill people you are raiding if they are outside their base and aren't shooting you.

1.) You CAN kill someone for trespassing only if you warn them with reasonable time (10 seconds) to leave first or if you have a warning sign.
2.) You CAN shoot to injure someone only if you have a realistic reasonable cause to.
3.) You CAN punch someone to death only if they punched you back or did any damage to you by any means (shooting, melee, stunstick).
4.) You CAN have KOS signs.
5.) You CAN kill someone if they punched you.
6.) You CAN kill any player that attempts to shoot at you.
7.) You CAN kill a cop if they are trying to arrest you with their arrest baton out.
8.) You CAN kill anyone that agrees in chat to you killing them or having a firefight.
9.) You CAN kill any cops in your way when you're raiding.
10.) You CAN kill people who rape you.
11.) You CAN kill people who mug you.

Teaming Related Rules:

1.) You MUST type "/job [TEAM NAME HERE] [JOB NAME HERE]" to be a legitimate team.
2.) You CAN kill people who rape/raid/mug your friends.
3.) You CANNOT kill people who mug your teammates without violence.

Job Specific Rules:

Gangster/Gang Leader
1.) You CANNOT just kill someone because your boss told you to.
2.) You CAN only TDM with the Mafia in the Arena.
3.) You CAN raid solo.
4.) You CANNOT team with the Mafia.

Mafia/Mafia Boss
1.) You CANNOT just kill someone because your boss told you to.
2.) You CAN only TDM with the Gangsters in the Arena.
3.) You CAN raid solo.
4.) You CANNOT team with Gangsters.

Medic
1.) You CAN team with other players.
2.) You CANNOT kill as a medic.
3.) You MUST heal people if they ask you to.
4.) You CAN charge money for healing.

Drug Dealer
1.) You CANNOT team with other players.
2.) You CAN get arrested for selling drugs (except for aspirin).
3.) You CAN only base if your drugs are available to other people there.

Mayor
1.) You CANNOT base outside PD, but you can own a house without fading doors.
2.) You CANNOT create laws that break the server rules.
3.) You MUST give people a gun license if they ask you to, except if they're wanted or have a criminal history.
4.) You CAN charge money for a gun license.

Zombie
1.) You MUST go to the sewers as fast as possible and stay there. (Don't kill anyone above ground for any reason whatsoever.)
2.) You CANNOT own any doors.
3.) You CANNOT build.
4.) You CANNOT own guns.
5.) You CAN kill anyone that is inside the sewers.
6.) You CAN get killed for no reason, as anyone is allowed to hunt you down.

Hobo
1.) You CANNOT own any doors.
2.) You CANNOT build in spawn or build anything that's inappropriate according to a staff member.
3.) You CAN throw bugbait at people, but you will most likely end up killed.
4.) You CANNOT have any fading doors/keypads.

Police/S.W.A.T
1.) You CANNOT shoot someone without a warning.
2.) You CANNOT RDA (Random Arrest). You CANNOT arrest for stupid reasons or without a warning.
3.) You CANNOT check for guns if you didn't see the person you want to check with a gun out.
4.) You CANNOT request a warrant if you don't have evidence for any criminal activity in the base.
5.) You CANNOT arrest/shoot someone if someone died and didn't do anything criminal in his new life.
6.) You CANNOT kill someone who is raiding if he doesn't have a gun out, arrest him.
7.) You CANNOT base.
8.) You MUST give a warning before arresting. (You can arrest someone w/o warning if they are shooting.)
9.) You CAN make checkpoints if it doesn't contain fading doors and it doesn't propblock anything. (2 Checkpoint Maximum)
10.) You CANNOT make prostitution illegal or you're gay. (Yes, we are very homophobic.)

Terrorist/Terrorist Leader
1.) You CANNOT use your jihad bomb anywhere else than the PD.
2.) You CANNOT give/sell your jihad bomb to any non-terrorists.
3.) You CANNOT jihad the PD if you/another terrorist jihadded it less then 30 minutes ago.
4.) You CANNOT team/base with non-terrorists.
5.) You CANNOT raid as a terrorist.
6.) You CANNOT target any non-government members.
7.) You CANNOT kill the mayor on the street.

Illegal Arms Dealer/Black Market Dealer/Special Arms Dealer
1.) You CANNOT team/base.
2.) You MUST sell guns if someone asks you to, except if you want to build a shop first.
3.) You CANNOT base and/or own any doors aside from your shop's.

Legal Arms Dealer
1.) You CANNOT team/base.
2.) You CAN sell guns to people with criminal history or people without a gun license, but you will most likely be arrested if a police officer sees you doing that.
3.) You MUST sell guns if a government member asks you to, except if you want to build a shop first.
4.) You CANNOT base and/or own any doors aside from your shop's.

Robot
1.) You MUST have an owner before taking any actions.
2.) You CANNOT taze someone if your owner doesn't tell you to taze that person.
3.) You MUST do anything your owner asks as long as it doesn't break the rules.

DJ
1.) You MUST delete your radio when you stop being a DJ.
2.) You CANNOT use a bigger range on the radio than 1000.
3.) You CANNOT play annoying sounds like Justin Beaver.

Assassin/Hitman
1.) You CANNOT team.
2.) You CAN get arrested for killing your hit.
3.) You CANNOT accept someone's hit if they don't give a good reason.
4.) You CANNOT drop your default weapons.
5.) You MUST type: "/advert Hit Complete: [Enter Reason For Hit Here]" when you finish your hit.
