What are your strengths?:I can make people have fun and enjoy everything else in the server.

In general, why would you like to become a member of the Staff? (minimum of 2 paragraphs, not sentences): I really enjoy this server as a moderator and I have seen a small amount of callouts and as a moderator yo dont get access to much tools to deal with rule breakers RDMers, Prop Blockers etc. and as a admin I could assist with more players and have access to more commands to punish and deal with these rulebreakers.

This will be a great advancement to protect the server when most admins/mods are off duty and don't want to deal with disrespectful players.
